Orders are shipped from the USA, Monday through Sunday.  

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order is completed, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of your order.

Lost or stolen Packages 

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Support for assistance. 

International, Customs, and Import Taxes 

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Additional duties and taxes are due on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility to pay. We're not responsible for delays due to customs. To make sure please contact our Customer Support.
